I am Jen Maxwell
I am Jen Maxwell. women’s leadership guide, fire walking facilitator, sacred space holder, and a fierce advocate for the rise of feminine power.
But I wasn’t always this woman. For over 20 years I lived a life of leadership, including my time in the army, where I learned discipline, resilience, and how to hold responsibility under pressure. From the outside, I looked strong and capable, someone who had it all together. But inside, I was disconnected from who I really was. I had built an identity around being the “good girl,” doing what was expected, and achieving what I was told mattered, while quietly losing touch with my own truth.
Over time, I realised much of my life had been shaped by expectation rather than authenticity. I had never truly dared to be my real self, and I didn’t yet know who she was.
I could feel a deeper identity calling me forward, something more honest, more alive, more aligned with who I was beneath conditioning. A feminine way of being rooted in intuition, embodiment, softness and strength, magnetism, sovereignty, and inner knowing.
When I walked across fire for the first time, everything changed. It was a rite of passage that brought me back to myself. As I stepped onto the fire, something ancient within me awakened, and I saw clearly who I really was beneath control and expectation.
From that awakening, my calling was born: to create spaces where women break free from expectation, silence, and self-sacrifice, and rise into their truth and power. What began as my own return has grown into a sisterhood and a movement of women rising together in fierce compassion, freedom, and embodied feminine power. From this, I created my signature program RISE™ as a space for deep transformation and reclamation.
Now my work is rooted in guiding women back to their bodies, their truth, their power, and their eros; the life-force energy that awakens when we stop surviving and start living fully alive. Through fire walks, 1:1 mentoring, RISE™, and transformational retreats under Jen Maxwell Rising, I support women through burnout, identity shifts, and menopause. This is remembrance and reclamation. I believe when women rise into who they truly are, humanity rises with them, and the planet begins to heal.
